Today: wanted to go biking after work as usual, even put my bike in the trunk, but it's been raining all day long so that's canceled. Probably going to study tonight after work, then watch a movie or two while reading a book.

Saturday: Kayaking lessons and kayaking for a couple of miles

Sunday: 3 mile run, swim laps for an hour, also need to stop at Menards to buy a rope for doing pull ups and maybe a lamp.

Have you done any camping this year yet?

We were supposed to go camping on this trip, but we can't with her condition. She is with child. :D

Well this was not planned at all, but we have been together for 5 years so at least we got some quality time in before this happened. We got married last October, we were going to wait until next spring, but things change.

i'm going to try to stay home and stay sober while saving money.

US Open is on. that should take up some time.

but this quote rings true:

"Half the pleasure of solitude comes from having with us some friend to whom we can say how sweet solitude is." ~ William Jay

i'm going through a separation right now and being home alone is very lonely. unfortunately i blew all of my partying cash and now seems like the time where i'm just going to have to tough it out. people say to try to be alone without being lonely, but i haven't got there yet. there's just a big empty void in my life right now that cannot be filled with family and friends. :/
