wedge pillows

Anyone have experience with wedge pillows, like this?

I've been using my pillows to kind of prop me up a bit but it's not always comfortable. I'm wondering if something like this would work better.

for acid reflux or what? i used to put little stands under my bed at the front to slope down the entire thing.

Sometimes I do get acid reflux and it does help being elevated, but it is mostly for stuffy nose. if i lay flat, my nose just seems to clog up quickly and i can't breathe through it. being elevated helps that.
