You can get 10% discount if you make Saks Fifth Avenue credit card and use it for the first time. That's how my fiance is buying hers. I think that Barney's New York and Neman Marcus probably have the same deal. The problem is that their dresses are at least $3,000 - $4,000 to begin with. 🙁
