Anyone know any sites that offer neat website ideas, like neat little things to add to a website to spice it up? Possibly like generic javascripts or tricks to do with tables to make it look spicier than the average lame webpage. I am making a few new websites and need some ideas.

They have a lot of different types of scipts and such. It is orgainzed quite nicely. My personal favorite is the PHP area.
 
one tip: dont use too many scripts !

I hate websites with floating cloacks or text and animated stuff and images moving and stuff and stuff it's like a friggin' christmas tree.

be wise, use only what really adds value to your site.
