i just made a website, registered domain, and everything. so my friend who's doing it with me, goes, wow, its up, that was quick. and i go huh? because when i go to www.mydomain.com, i get the 404 error. and when he goes or anybody else goes, it works. any ideas? i cant seem to access my own website, but everyone else can. what is the problem? thanks.
 
What do you have? where Is the domain that you registered hosted at?
If the registrar of your domain is the same as the as the one that is hosting your website it will just take a day or so. Can you acess your website by just using the IP numbers?
