Does anyone know of any good CMS software? Important features needed: WYSIWYG HTML editor, ability to view & edit the HTML code directly, WIN32 platform, and the ability to expand via modules.

Being relatively cheap would also be nice. I don't need anything on the enterprise level, but I would like it to be more than a barebones package.

I considered Frontpage, but I don't have the money required to afford the Microsoft payment. I am also a High School student, so I am eligible for most of the academic discounts if that helps.

Dreamweaver MX 2004. Optional: Macromedia Contribute, which allows clients to edit dreamweaver templates

I always stick with the big boy Dreamweaver MX (2004) ... it has "extensions" which you can manage through their native extension manager. There's quite a community for it - check the Macromedia website.
