i lost $20k last night. Too bad... Its all back now, though. I cant figure out why my times vary so wildly. On Grand Thatch i can get anywhere from mid 147's to high 156's Not many race car drivers are that inconsistent.

NO - they are not incremental and you lose them when you get a new car.

I know what you mean. I would guess that people who didn't play for a while and have class 1 cars have atrocious records... If you play a lot you get a lot of wins because you race cars you know you can beat. I imagine once you get to the top of the ladder you lose more often as the cars are more evenly matched.

2) how come it seems like you guys can keep on beating the same dudes over and over again and as a result win a grip of money from those suckers?
I mean, don't you advance faster than those "losers?" (or "the one who didn't win" sounds better)

If you race the guy at the bottom of the list and win a lot of money, you can usually get to race him two or three times before he drops below you.

I have enough for a TRV Carbora in the bank, but The Sunday cup prize is $500,000. I could spend that money on lessons and maybe get it back. Then when I go to the next class, I will be even stronger. There are a lot of TRV's above me and you need lessons to compete. The problem with this strategy are twofold:

1. I might not win
2. I can't do much racing until I get a better car.

maxed M3 and my lessons are all around 30ish
