How do I set up Mozilla so that when I reload a page, it goes back to the same spot as before? Instead of just going back to the top of the page.

Eg....A page here on AT had 300 threads on it. I'm on thread 175. I reload the page, and i'm back on thread 1, instead of 175. Same type thing when viewing ebay listings. I have to scroll all the way down to the bottom again.

Am I crazy, or can this be done with Mozilla?? It seems IE does this automatically.

I'm wondering this too, because this is one way IE is better than Mozilla right now.

What version of Mozilla do you have? I'm using 1.7a and it does that. I'm pretty sure 1.6 did that too.

EDIT: Sometimes, when you click reload it will reload the page starting you at the top, but if you wait a second it moves you to where you were before.

It works that way for me using Mozilla 1.4. I also have Multizilla installed, maybe that's the difference. One of my favorite Reload features is the "Reload Tab ever(X time)", it's really convenient with those threads you want kept upto date with.

No problem here, either. You just have to wait for the page to completely reload.

This is with both Mozilla 1.4 and Firefox 0.8
