I've decided to redesign the site because I feel that there are too many items in the left menu. I'd like to consolidate many of the features into 4-5 items to streamline the process. Any ideas?

Good format. But have someone else re-do the banner. Web based generated graphics are just bottom line.

One day I wanna try to hit one of those fast pitchs. My buddy has a softball pitching machine but it's not the same as the real thing.

ps. 66mph is fast :Q

Cheers,

I'm in my 5th year of T-Ball this next spring season and then I am finally going to move up with the girls to coach pitch.

Your site is fine. it gives all the details in a direct method. I am going to do a site once my girls get out of coach pitch.

The only negative is that it is identical in format to 90% of all other non pro sport sites. I say that as though I could do any better (which I cant) but you asked for opinions.

Remove the words "Main Menu" or any variation of it (ie, "navigation")

It's like saying... "You are stupid, so here is where you go to get to other places"... it should be obvious that it is a menu.

I don't quite get what you are asking... it looks like you do already have multiple items in your menu... are you referring to categorizing it or something? If so, yes, categorizing it to make a smaller menu (perhaps with sub-menus) would be better.
