I think that's covered pretty well by Software(or a potential future Programming forum), most questions would probably be about various programming languages used, and from what I gather, Rossman is pretty much covering everything related to hosting solutions 🙂

Too broad a topic IMO and too many other boards dedicated to specific areas of webhosting (running servers, programing code, setting up apache, etc.).
