Webhost question

I'm looking for a webhost for someone because he doesn't really realize what a good deal is and I came across a place called Lypha Networks that supposedly offers unlimited storage/unlimited transfer bandwidth for 6.95/month. It's been a while since I've bought any hosting, but is this still something to be wary of as a buyer? I remember never trusting hosts before when they said unlimited because there was always some catch to it.

The plans comparison can be found here. Maybe you'll see something I didn't.

We use a couple of dedicated servers from DailyRazor, I have a promo link of their shared hosting offer (affiliate), PM me if you want it.

Check ScarabWeb and HostGator.

A lot of places that offer the "unlimited" for cheap don't have good service.

ScarabWeb has $6/month shared hosting with 100GB transfer...I doubt anyone would use that much in a month. 3GB storage. Also if you pay up front for a year you can save. There are also some coupons out there that can reduce the price. Check WebHostingTalk.

I got 2 years hosting for $51.

I have never heard of that hosting company, but personally I am currently using NameCheap Hosting for a couple domains and a web hosting plan. I have zero complaints with them. It's been a very smooth experience thus far.

Quintox, under the account overview info for the economy deal.

Thanks Aberforth, but I think I'm gonna check out Odin's instead since it sounds pretty cheap.

Thanks guys.
