Webdesign question

I have a hosting client that needs a web page built up and has a budget of 300 for a template(for a travel agency, I'm curious what the best way to get teh template is. Should I submit it in a contest at a place like designoutpost.com or does anyone have any recommendations for a designer? THanks in advance for any help.

I'd rather have a unique one that I can work with the artist directly for revisions.

when template monster gives you the unique price does that just mean they'll stop selling it? And if someone bought it allready they still have rights to it.

They only offer it for unique when no one has bought it. After that, they don't. If you buy the unique one, they stop sellling it.

Yeah you get all the source files, but so does everyone else that bought it, so you don't have a "unique" design...unless you buy the unique design from them.

very few designs are "unique" now a days.......u know the addage.....there is nothing new under the sun or something like that
