I'm in the market for a new webcam, and really the only 2 companies i trust are Logitech and Intel in this department.

I'm looking for good driver support, and a well built, study product.

What would you guys reccommend? I need at least 640x480 res and 30 fps.

Thanks :)

I have a friend with a Logitech web cam who says it's has everything, but sorry, don't know the model or price.

I would assume Intel has a few good models, but I think Logitech is more specialized in this area.

How easy it is to setup a live feed, probly via TCP/IP??

Is there a way for me to watch many Webcam feeds at the same time?

I like to stay away from Intel... I dont think webcams have any significant uses anyways so they must both be equally good I guess. Just buy the cheaper one.

I have the logitech Quickcam 3000 pro and it's great. Much better than the ones I tried before (had a quickcam pro for a while, pretty good, but not as good as this one). It has software to setup livecams, but I never used it. Seems easy, thou...

Many of the webcams claim 640*480 at 30fps but they rarely achieve that kind of fps. I think it might be because of a USB limitation.

have you tried the sites like epinons.com or the like... you can get feedback from folks that actually own each item and what there experience with it has been.
