WebCam to Webpage Software what do you use? what's best?

I would like to replace my www.webcamnow.com software with something better to take a pic from my webcam and send it to a page on MY website.

system: Kodak DVC325, Win 98SE, behind a netgear RT314 Router going to @Home.

You have to administrate the server I'm almost positive... I'm not sure what kind of software would do that though...
