Ok. I have a 10 down / 1 up connection. We have a winter storm coming in and I wanted to check the view I have while I am at work. What can I use software wise that will use my Creative Webcam Instant and broadcast it via the net so I can view it at work. Please let me know, thanks!
 
it's a little more then you might want as it'll stream video and music files, but you can try Orb for free.
Your Webcam should be listed under the TV section.
