I have a problem that whenever I try to startup the software for my Kensington SVGA Webcam it shows the startup screen and the close program dialog box shows the program as running, but it just freezes and never finishes opening. The comp still works fine when it does so, just the program won't open. I also have a similar problem with NetMeeting 3.01, where I get and hour glass and the dialog box shows the program running, but the software never opens. The troubleshooting couldn't help me. Anyone have any ideas?
