Webcam recommendation please

I did a search on webcams recommendations in both Peripherals and General Hardware and all were 2009 or earlier. I don't know if this is a changing area but I want to consider the latest entries.

I've seen the Microsoft LifeCam Cinema in use and I was impressed. Here's a url:

I was hoping a USB 3.0 would be available but I don't see any. I don't know if it would really matter anyway.

I think a built-in microphone would be convenient if not the best quality sound.

I'm not posting a price range because I am looking for quality, although a price ceiling of about $60 would be practical.

Drivers for Windows 7 64 is a must.

I'm looking for replies from people who have seen and better yet, used their recommendation.

I've been using this camera for quite a while. NO problems with W7 x64. Good camera. Clear mic and pretty good even in a low light.
 
I am using the cam that you link to.

Quality wise it is probably the best in the sub $100 price range.

I've used the HD-5000 a couple of times, it left me very impressed.

You probably won't see many (or any) USB3 webcams for awhile, and when you do, they'll be designed for 1080p @ 60fps. Doubtful that they'll come close to the theoretical speed limit, tho'.

Also, I don't know of any Hi-Speed USB 2.0 webcams. I'm pretty sure they all do 1.1 speeds, including the 720p cams.

If you are using this for video calls over DSL or a cable modem (like Skype), I don't think you'll notice a quality difference between any camera over $25. Skype has some pretty nasty compression artifacts. When I was using it last summer, I never did check into higher quality alternatives (or look beyond the basic settings).

Fundamentally, I don't think you can get very high quality video broadcast out over the typical 384k / 512k upload cap on most residential broadband lines. If you're on a faster network then things will be different.
 
I'm using my gf's vostro 1500 and I can see myself in the loop video and I'm really only seeing just a few frames per second. I'm seeing much smoother moverment in the MS LifeCam Cinema 2k miles away. Yes, it does go out of focus occasionally but only when someone else moves in camera background.
