Which is better for the main purpose for use in a cam page that will refresh a lot?
 
I have both of those cameras. The Intel camera is by far the better of the two in terms of quality. The Intel camera does 640 480 while the Logitech does (may be a little off) 385 288. The Logitech is really grainy and the colors are really dark giving everything a brownish tinge. Although for your purposes (web page with lots of refreshes) you probably wouldn't capture at 640 480, I still think the Intel is a better choice simply because of it's color and sharpness.
