No. And any places that say they can are scamming you. I'd point you to the info you need on www.spider-food.net , but wait, I did yesterday, twice, and you didn't bother reading up on how to deal with web crawlers, so you're just gonna have to deal.

Case in point: ATOT pages show up in a google search and so does my website, despite that fact that I never submitted it.

Hmm, sounds like he's trying to get his program on fileplanet or download.com? If so, you have to read the FAQs on those sites. Find a friend with better English to help you, if you have problems?
 
yes i am talking about putting my site on downlaod.com or fileplanet sites like that, i would also like to put it on web searches. the spider-food i read that a lot i couldnt find the place were i could submit something
