Web Server Problem

OK this one is kind of strange. I have 2 computers networked together. I started a web page on one using windows internet information service on windows 2000. I moved the webpage and everything with it over to my #2 computer. I then started another page on my first computer and for some reason both internet addresses both come up on the original computer. If I type in either web address the site for the first computer comes up. I am using what is called a forwarding internet service but it is set up correctly on both computers. Anyone know how to stop both web addresses from going to the first computer? I think that it is something to do with IIS. When I turn IIS off on #1 computer both websites go down. So for some reason both web sites are directed to the #1 computer.

No this is an outside wan ip address. lets say the first one was 123.home.com and second one is 456.home.com but when you dial in either address they both show the 123.home.com page. it is not a static ip address.
