web redirect problem

I'm using drupal for my site, and today I added a new subdomain www.wap.mysite.com and now anytime I go to my site just through mysite.com and try to click on a link it reloads the main page. But the address it was supposed to go to is in the address bar, and if I click on it and hit enter it takes me to the page i'm supposed to go to, I think something may be messed up in the re-directs, but I can't figure out where, since everywhere shows I have 0 redirects. Any ideas?

BTW i used CPanel to set up the redirects. Does anyone know where the redirect change s are made, I checked my .htaccess file and there wasn't anything in there. I may just go and try to see if some code got in there to automatically redirect anything from mysite.com/* to mysite.com
