web page software

Have been playing with ms front page and have found that embedded music only plays with explorer. Is there another free ware (or cheap) program I should be using? Just making use of the web space offered by shaw cable.

Microsoft Frontpage 2003 is being replaced by Sharepoint Designer 2007 - and it is much cheaper.

Notepad is a great editor so all you need to do is learn the basic tags to create a page.
