yea i know but you have to be a l33t coder to use that lol.... i'm really new to this no experience whatsoever in web page design and bam my super tells me i gotta do the webpage for our department lol.... and it's multi paged... so if i can get a software to make this as simple as possible i'll be grateful

built in web page editor, allows you to edit source and then tab back to
the page. it's mostly WYSIWYG. also, free & no ads.

after that, a free download trial (30 days) of Dreamweaver, which
has better support for Cascading Style Sheets etc.
