Web hosting

Hey guys. Currently I am paying $20 a month for a reseller account for my 4 domains I have.

Now, this company is being stupid and is not responding to a down server.

I am about to start looking for another company to go with. However, I don't do much reselling. All I have this "reseller" account for is the chance for me to have different cpanel's for each site.

Do I really need to do this? Each domain is completely different.

Do I need something like shared hosting?

What are your suggestions? What company should I go with?

I greatly appreciate all the help I can get.

Only about 1gb.

If you want to maintain that, then yes, you need a reseller account.

I would stick with a resellers account but switch to a more reliable provider for $20 or less.

Edit: I just removed what I posted, wasn't a smart move on my part to post what I did.

Basically, I found that it was bought by the current owner from someone selling it initially. The new owner, Amit, also launched racksurge.com/net however neither shows anything now. I'd say to try sending another message to their email, support[at]edgewebhost.com and see if they respond at all, but that's all I can say to help solve the issue between the two of you.

I signed up for KnownHost.

I signed up at knownhost.com last night and moved 2 domains to their servers. Everything went smoothly and I had everything done within 6 hours of paying for my account.
So far, it looks good,
