The Cernax link in your sig doesn't work for me...

Try it again, seems to be working over here and alertra.com's spot check says it's fine from 7 locations.

This is his site. He is just upset email doesnt work well and the current support cant seem to fix it. Dont know about his budget, just needs reliability.

It looks like there are some DNS problems and connection issues. I ran the domain at www.dnsreport.com as well as the email address postmaster@winmar.com. The email test was not able to connect to the specified server. There also seems to be a naming issue with the DNS, so it could be as simple as fixing that.
