ive been looking on http://www.webhostingtalk.com and i dont know which to use. i guess im looking for about $30-40 a year. but cheaper would b nice. i just want it decently releable

Im using WBWS.net.
Their basic $5/month package works fine for me, I had a bunch of issues during the first months, but the guy who handled my issues was very nice, helpful, and perhaps most importantly, quick to reply to my mails.

There might be cheaper or better options, but I haven't really looked since WBWS works very well for me, and $5 per month ain't exactly expensive.
