Web Hosting Problem

I signed up for 1 year for like $10 a month the year goes buy and then we back up tons of data and then put up this page is no longer available now. there still billing me what do I do. I called several time to stop my service they said they would but that don't what do i do.

This is the site

Tell me what to put in the site so that start logic can shut down the site and stop billing me

legal stuff only

Cliffs:

Company wont stop billing me for 1 year subscription
Asking what can I do to Pwn the company buy putting something on my site
nothing that can get me in legal trouble so that they can stop billing me.

its too late for that I need them to send me the money back. I need to put data on the web site so they can give me back my money
