I need to setup a simple web form for a major site I have to create this week. Basically, it's for a contact list. I want the form to include all the goodies Name, Address, Title, Company, Comments.... Then I would like it to be sent to a database: mySQL or other...whatever.
This stuff is simple enough, but I've yet to do anything like this. Is there a simple step-by-step resource? I have to get a web host with a SQL server before I can actually setup the tables, unless there's a better way.
Also, what's a good webhost? If I were to include one or two ads on the page, what are some good ad companies? I'm expecting that this site will get 200k+ hits next month. Thanks,
