This is what I have uploaded

Now how should I go about adding a title at the top?
Also I would like to add links down at the bottom, any idea how to do that?

Should I just make a simple HTML page and embed the flash picture viewer? Will it scale properly for people with a different screen resolution then mine?

Should I go PHP?

What kind of server/where/etc. is the page hosted?

I'm not sure how it will scale, try it out and you can also test this yourself by installing the webdeveloper toolbar in Firefox. There is an option to view the page at other resolutions.

It's up to you if you embed the flash viewer and it may or may not work. Depends on how it was created.
