spyware/viruses

What? that has to be the WORST explaination ever
I have ZERO spyware or viruses. on my machine... and WHY would these spyware/viruses only kick in when specifically viewing your site? And my machine has just about as bad as usage as his does. Trying it on my machine here are work (3ghz Intel) and its at 70% usage with orbital on

Honestly, I will go one step further, while the Flash itself is "impressive" the design is horrible. In the meny drop down you cant even read 90% of the menu items due to their transparency and the background seeping through. Cursor movement is WAY too slow. Its slower than the default windows trackign speed... Font choices don't match the layout at all IMHO either.

There's a good comment about my menu, I could take off transparancy, but it does go away on mouseover...

what about the reversing of the mouseover, transparent when the mouse isnt on it?

lol, wha? That's what it does now, transparant and greenish/blue off, non transparant & orange on.

then tell me why java, which uses 3rd party software and can fvck with the web UI design particles, isnt shunned?

It is. You don't see entire sites running as Java applets :p

Applets can serve some useful purposes, as can Flash, but they should be used to enhance existing HTML-based designs, not replace them.

I've a few full java applet sites. life happens eh?
