My site is ranked on the search engines on page 1 (I don't want to link it here, otherwise the engines will crawl this post, index it, and it'll come up on page 1...), pretty much near the top of the page. I want to make some adjustments to my Meta tags though. I will be completely changing the Meta Title tag, Meta Description tag, and adding two keywords to the Meta Keywords tag. How negatively would these changes affect my rankings?
 
Probably won't have much (any) affect. IIRC, search engines nowadays rely more on the content of the page and the number of backlinks. So long as you aren't changing the content or the URL, you shouldn't see any drop in your ranking. Meta info that you are changing might affect the likelihood of people clicking on your site in search results, but not the ranking itself.
