Web counter

Ok, I was using netscapes hitometer but for some reason there sight hitometer.netscape.com has been down for alomst 2 weeks.

I am looking for a counter that will tell me where my hits are coming from (referrals). The difficult thing I want is that I can see the hits by day and per domain. What I mean is I want to know how many people came to my sight from www.yahoo.com wether it be www.yahoo.com/news or www.yahoo.com/advertise or whatever. And I want to be able to see these stats per day not all lumped together.

I found a couple that will tell you who the referer is but it counts each sub domain (news, advertise etc) as a different referrer.

Any pointers would be greatly appreciated.

there are alot of them, just search for free counter in google, or if you have cgi access you can run your own script locally, you can find counter scripts at hotscripts.com

I've tried searching on google but I can't find one that does exactly what I want. I was hoping someone knew of one.
