Nuklear Power (6-bit Theater)
Megatokyo

Ctrl-Alt-Del and VG Cats already mentioned

My brother likes Spells & Whistles

Casey and Andy First
(Today's)
I like Casey & Andy, mostly because of the comments he posts underneath each strip.
Note: His artwork is pretty bad (but gets marginally better as they progress forward). The best character is the devil-girlfriend, followed by quantumcop guy, imo.

Ctrl-Alt-Del (CAD)

In either case,I don't read every day but I'll go in about 1/mo and catch up on them.

Honorable Mention: FoxTrot <- Don't know if it counts since it's a newspaper comic.

Gucomics !!!!
don't forget Every Wednesday Full Frontal Nerdity and Order of the Stick (too lazy to make clickys, just google them)

I used to love FoxTrot when they have an archive that dates back to the 1st panel every appeared on newspaper. Now they only have a couple months archive. Weak.

Are you talking about just comic strips? Because I've been reading a kind of e-comic but it's rather long. It's called Death Note and is definitely worth the read.

Definitely Sinfest. I highly recommend it. Read it from the beginning, it's absolutely hilarious.

Already mentioned but I want to second:
Sluggy
GPF
PVP
Queen of Wands
Kevin & Kell

Others:
Least I Could Do
Something Positive
El Goonish Shive
Questionable Content
Wapsi Square

I'm on my work comp so I can't link to it (wouldn't Questionable Content show up great in a history?) and I'm not at home so I don't have my full list of what I like to read.
