Web cam streaming software

My mate is looking to set up his Web cam to stream live images across his home page, unfortuantly he is a little stuck in trying to find the software to do so, any ideas please????

The only semi-relevant software I can find is Active webcam pro, are there any others??
 
The webcam I used back when I was fiddling with that sorta stuff was VisionGS. The free version puts the occasional text banner across the image, or at least it did when I used it well over a year ago.
