Looking to buy my first web cam. I don't really know much about them. I'm basically looking for the best image quality for under $65. Still quality is semi-important because I don't have a digital camera and would like to take stills occasionally. I don't care which brand and it will be used w/ a 1.5mbps down, 256kbps up DSL connection.
