Web Browsing: Must reload to view

Hey all, I'm using PacBell DSL through a D-Link di-804 router. The thing is, when browsing the web with IE6 (or 5 for that matter) sometimes a page comes up as "unable to view this page". However reloading it instantly loads the page. This is annoying. Help!
