No adding the different versions together to win, it's one or the other as giving more choices for one and counting them all is mean.

Firefox.

I've played with Chrome and it's OK I guess, but there's no real motivation for me to move. I abhor IE.

Firefox. Minor note the only reason I hate IE is its location of the refresh and home button. Who puts them on the opposite side of the address bar from the back and forward keys.

The Go / Stop / Reload was consolidated to save UI space. Makes sense.

Who even uses a Home button anymore?

homepage / new tab page = about:blank

Instant.

Type where you want to go...

Sounds to me like a issue you mainly have from using a poor plug-in / computer issue.

I use a few here, adblock plus - feed filter ( a way to sort some facebook junk ) - imacro ( small macro add-on for some random junk), NoScript, old location bar as the new one they used was junk - and never have such issues

Why even use any of the address bar buttons anymore? I can't stand browsing without gestures.

No one has marked Chrome (mobile). No one browses occasionally from an Android device?

If there were some decent ad blockers for IE, I'd have stayed with that, but since there aren't, I FINALLY stepped over to the dark side about 6 months ago...and have been using Firefox ever since.

I like the look and "feel" of IE9, but without ad blocking...it's just a PITA for me.

Try Avant. It's just IE with a lot more options.

My home key doesn't just take me to a default page. Its configured specifically for me and I find it convenient if I need to check email, the news, my voicemail lots of stuff.Your method would have me opening multiple blank tabs then navigating either through bookmarks or typing in the URL to get to the respective sites when I can click home and be done with it.

Opera is a great browser. Not compatiable with everything, but definately the best of the bunch.

Who uses a mouse to do these things?
