I am at my friend's PC right now and everytime I try to sign on to Hotmail I get this message. I went to Tools, Internet Connections and Security to set everything to low and still get this message. Can anyone Help?

Thanks.

Try Toos>Internet Options>Privacy>Default. That should enable cookies.

Not sure which browser version you are using, but here at work on IE5.5 it is:

TOOLS/INTERNET OPTIONS/SECURITY (tab)/CUSTOM LEVEL.

Scroll down until you see the options for cookies.

Is your friend sitting behind a proxy server? I've seen connections through a proxy give that error from Hotmail.
