Looking for a free, web based Help Desk software package that will allow to open and track problem tickets. Looking for a free or low cost verison if possible.

You guys (and girls) have any ideas?

I went through this at my work, we looked at a bunch of open source products, but nothing worked well. Most weren't complete, or didn't fit our plan the way we wanted.

PHProjekt might work for you, but it's more of a groupware project management solution.
