web-based dynamic employee schedule software

I've been keeping my employee's schedule in an Outlook calendar and than printing it weekly so they have an easy to use copy of the calendar. This is obviously less than ideal because it doesnt show up-to-date changes as I make them. I was curious if any of you knows of any calendaring systems I could use that would be (preferably) web-based for easy access, support repeating dates/times and free/open source.

If you have any suggestions for things to look at or places to search please let me know.

Up because I just found out a company who does this. You log in into the web page using asp and you can get your schedule. It's pretty neat.

I ended up using/altering MRBS and will use that until I can find something more ideal.

I am using www.nimbleschedule.com as a web based employee scheduling solution. Fantastic software. Worth of trying.
