web address problem

Senior member
I moved my website over to netfirms but I am having a problem and they will not answer me. I have looked and looked for an answer but there is nothing that tells me how to remove this. My webaddress is supposed to be www.fatboyspigpen.com but for some reason I have to type http://www.fatboyspigpen.sslpowered.com/ instead.

My question is how do I remove the sslpowered from my address.

Thanks for the help

Looks like everything is forwarding correctly. It appears to be contacting the correct server, you should make sure you have an index file in your web or public_html folder. If you do then its probably their problem.

My index.htm file is in my public file. I have emailed them several times about it and they have not once responded.... really getting aggrivating

The IP addresses of "www.fatboyspigpen.sslpowered.com" and "www.fatboyspigpen.com" are COMPLETELY different. They are both in IP ranges that NetFirms seems to control.

The former (at sslpowered.com) is pointing to an IP address of 64.34.66.18.
The latter (at fatboyspigpen.com) is pointing to an IP address of 66.244.251.19.

Is 66.244.251.19 where NetFirms told you your web server is located?
