Seems other memos the weasel Comey wrote are still classified, I wonder why we're not seeing him prosecuted over the one he illegally released?

"The challengers argued the memos should be released, in part, because Comey testified about the documents and provided a copy of at least one memo to a friend, Columbia Law School professor Daniel Richman, who described the contents to the New York Times.
Under the so-called “public domain doctrine,” the news organizations argued, the Justice Department had waived any exemption to the Freedom of Information Act.
Boasberg, however, found that the public-domain doctrine did not apply. Comey’s statements, he said, did not come close enough to matching the specificity of his memos. “In this case, the director’s oral account of the memos is no substitute for the written hard copy,” Boasberg wrote."
