Weakest game ending ever?

Also, MOH:AA, MOH:SH, and HL as previously mentioned.
 
I absolutely loved MOHAA but hated the ending. However, I think the ending was suppose to lead us into Spearhead. Not sure yet, I am going to buy Spearhead this weekend.

MOH Frontline had an even worse ending. Though, thinking back, previous MOH games for PSX had no better endings especially the Underground which ended with what seemed like totally off-the-wall level. I learned later that it was a "bonus mini-game" that wasn't tied into the main plot line, but sure as hell they made it confusing.

FOrget that. What about the orginal metroid?? You have been playing the main character all this time and you find out it was a girl????
 
For me the worst ending was Slave Zero. You damn near get royally stomped by this big ass mech and when you finally beat it, there's a little speech about your destiny and then the credits. It's a cool game, but that ending sucked.
 
Just to top all of you guys off... Dead or Alive: Xtreme Beach Volleyball

There IS no ending. I mean, it's not like an NBA Jam where you just win or NBA live and a season finishes, Tecmo actually tries to make an ending where the island blows up after like a few hours of play... and then you just start the game over again with another girl.

God, was i overwhelmed by that !! after the ending i sat like 10 minutes in the chair just looking at the black screen..
 
Another vote for MOHAA. Thorougly enjoyed the game and then it just kind of went pfffff at the end. I haven't touched it since. Its multiplayer isn't as fun for casual gaming like RTCW, DOD or BF1942.

I personally thought Half-Life had a great ending (although it sort of felt like being on a drug trip after being on Earth for 85% of the game and then suddenly being thrust into this weird alien world for the final portion. It's still my all time favorite game, although I thought/hoped we'd be seeing a sequel by now.

Worst game ending ever? Starflight II.

It and the original Starflight were incredible games....if you never had the chance to play them then you missed out. The ending to Starflight II is by far the weakest ending ever but luckily the game was so good you didn't mind all that much.

You save that hot governor chick in the end only to find out she's married! What kinda crap is that?
