Weak rant inside about the immigration, TSA.

Heh, I passed my interview, but they told me my background check is "pending" which supposedly can take an "indefinite" amount of time which no one knows about ofcourse. Been over a year and a half now since the interview. My entire family got through just fine though. This blows because I fly 2-3 times a year and they just have to go through my bags everytime (arrival and departure), oh and lets not forget the lovely pat downs and complete morons handling my gear.

DAMMIT I hate getting SSSSed unless the line for security line is really long. And you know what really pisses me off. I recently bought some of those TSA certified locks and those mfers cut them off! Now I leave notes in my luggage to TSA and tell them to return everything to how it was and the locks I bought for that specific purpose.

It's the "code" that is put on your boarding pass that tells secuirty to give you a good once over. Usually means going through all of your stuff and testing for bomb residue. And comes easily if a one way ticket is purchased.

Huh!? Why would someone not want the plane to take off? The better statement would be for someone to think the plane won't land.

Sorry OP, but I have no problem at all with them checking and double checking your background before they permit you to become a citizen. We already have enough fucked-up people who are native-born citizens...we don't need to import anymore...
