I know what goes on in P&N isn't pretty and I have to say that I don't go there much at all except to lurk, but when the P&Ners were here they weren't as strident and partisan as they are now. When you threw them all together in the same place they all seemed to circle the wagons.

I'll admit that those that gravitate to P&N are generally more intelligent and concerned about world affairs. I am certainly drawn to listening to intelligent people discuss a topic, but P&N, the way it is now, can be tiring with all same arguments, being taken to the extreme, over and over.

I'll have to say it was nice when I would be drawn into some political infighting and it was nice too when some long time P&Ners were drawn into some of the more frivolous topics around here.

Why they ever broke off L&R and The Garage, I don't think anyone knows.
