<< Murpheeee - Texas law states that you cannot sell to a minor....to that fact there are many legal age people buying for minors. Most of the convenience stores send employees to a state sponsored class for selling beer and wine, in that class you are told that if a car full of people pull up to the store and only one comes in to buy beer, you must tell the customer that all of the passengers must come in and get id'd, if anyone of them is under age, you cannot sell them alcohol, unless of course the person buying is there obviously their father, tough judgement call, but you still have the right to refuse the sale, because the person selling is responsible for the jail time and fine if they do not follow the law. Repeated offenses and the store could be fined and license to sell pulled. >>
Um, I still don't see why you can't sell it to the 21 year old guy, with 18 year old friends? He is 21, its his responsibility.
