We got Sirius, but I can't find a good FM station to tune it to so the sound quality is quasi-lacking.

Depends on where you live. Personally, I think it's no better than the local radio stations I have to choose from, but if you live in the middle of nowhere I can understand how it would be nice.

I live in San Diego and will never go back to FM.
