Unfortunately some of them made it across the Border, but even so some quick thinking came up with a solution. It seems that standing up to these idiots or threateninng to Arrest them on sight works. It's almost miraculous.

That's the easier garbage to take out, it's already bagged and ready to go. Real congratulations would be in order if they took out the animal that died and is decaying inside the wall - the Queen.
