The reason we cannot put a telescope on the dark side of the moon is that most of our outer-space stuff is solar powered.

Dark side = no solar power.

A lot of your comments guys, are mean, whats wrong with another country going to the moon. Anyone can if they want to, "to develop arms" blah blah shutup its not like indians/middle eastern countries are evil and ploting to overthrow the world, its just a few people. I think its a great accomplishment for a struggling 3rd world country to get to the moon. Sheesh, India's agriculture uses animal power, while they have cellphones and computers, this is a great advancement for them.
