The US has a mechanism for throwing the bums out. It is called regular elections. In fact there are federal elections planned for next November.

You're correct. Partisanship has become a mess in US Politics. Killing off at least one of the Partys would be a good start and might send a message to the remaining Party to get their act together. If not, kill it too. 2 parties are only 1 more than 1, a vibbrant Democracy needs more than 2 viable parties, otherwise large segment of the population get disenfranchised.

PS: If the All Caps affected me I'm totally unaware of it. Didn't sleep long last night and my tiredness is likely why I want to Punch Appeasers in the face! 😀

The two political parties broke that mechanism. Your vote is for corruption A, or corruption B. Until we abandon our current parties they own us - we do not own them.
